(1884 - 1966) ~ Parisian French Author, Doctor, First World War Veteran, Member of the Acad?mie Fran?aise, Nobel Prize in Literature Nominee 27 Times : A French author, born in Paris. Duhamel trained as a doctor, and during World War I was attached to the French Army. In 1920, he published Confession de minuit, the first of a series featuring the anti-hero Salavin. (1962 - 2006) ~ Russian Anarchist Historian, Anti-Soviet Rebellion Historian, Post-Soviet Critic of the Russian State, State Target, and Suspicious, Unexplained Death : Igor Podshivalov was born in 1962 near the Russian city of Irkutsk, a descendant of Siberian Cossacks. As a schoolboy he began to consider himself an anarchist after reading a Soviet biography of Bakunin.
