American Freethinker, Atheist Activist, Publisher, Litigator, and one of America's Most Conspicuous Public Atheists

: An American freethinker and atheist activist, publisher, and litigator. During the mid-twentieth century, he was one of America's most conspicuous public atheists, the other being Emanuel Haldeman-Julius.
